Returns and Exchange Policy

We at aim at customer satisfaction. We guarantee consumer rights & keeping you well aware by advice offered through our catalog, website and social media or through any other medium. The policy mentioned below is for the same service. It applies to all the orders placed online via our website.



  • You can return any item for a refund / Exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days no refund/exchange request will be accepted .
  • All the returned products must be unworn un washed and with all original packing. Used products will not be accepted. 
  • Every product has a size guide in its description do read it before orders , its helps reduce size issue exchanges.Some products have wrong size printed on them as they are factory leftovers , but if you order according to size guide , the product will have the exact same size .
  • All goods will be inspected on return.
  • If the item is out of stock in the size or colour you have opted for, then a voucher code will be issued instead.
  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way! We recommend to send package via recognized Courier service.
  • We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
  • In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
  • In cause you want to exchange the product with a different product which have a higher price. then you must have to pay the additional amount .
  • In case of karachi , exchange are done hand to hand , you will be asked to place another order with exchange written in the comment and our delivery person will deliver you the new order and take the exchange product at the same time . If hand to hand exchange not possible in your area , you will have to send the product back to us on your own expense .
  • For Out of Karachi Orders , You will have to send the product back to us using any courier company on your own expense, For exchange you will be asked to place another order with exchange written in the comment and and we will reduce the amount of the product you have send back from your new order and have your new order delivered to you. If your new exchange order has shipping cost included in it , we will remove it from our end , as there is no shipping charges in exchange orders
  • We'll send your replacement to the default delivery address on your account - we can’t send a replacement to an address that’s not your default delivery address.
  • We do not charge shipping cost on an exchanged order but customer have to send the products back to us on their own expense.
  • Underwear items are non refundable / non exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.
  • Refunds are processed with in 1-7 days of receipt of the returned Items. All the refunds are processed Through Bank deposit , easy paisa or jazz cash. (Refunds Through bank deposit are processed faster)

In case the items are returned owing to defect or similar problem e.g. the product not in conformity with your order etc. we are liable to pay for the return-shipping cost.
